Happy Monday!

Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! I wanted to share this post I wore a week ago when the weather was a little chilly. I threw on this light sweater that I had not worn in a while.  To give it that pop of color, I added these super bright jeans which I am obsessed with. They fit true to size and I love this color for Spring and Summer. I threw on my booties for a sleek look.

The birthday dress.

Hey everyone!

Today is January 9, my birthday!

We went out for lunch and to take some pics. 

I love being able to "recycle" my clothing. I wore this to another birthday party, therefore it has become my birthday dress. I wanted to wear a dress today, even though it had been raining all morning.

It has been a while, so Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you!

During the holidays I was focused more on my family and friends, so I didn't have time to take pictures. 

This tunic/dress had been sitting in my closet waiting for the perfect time to come out. Since it was very cold yesterday, I decided to wear it with leggings and a blazer. When you have a piece that is embellished or colorful then keep everything else neutral.

Stripe Hype:Jessica Alba Inspired Outfit

I have recreated outfits by Jessica Alba before, so here was another one I decided to get inspired by. I have probably bored you to death with these red jeans, but what can I say, haha. So this time I paired them with a striped dress, yes dress. I tucked it in, made it a top and a new way to wear it. Hope you all like it. It is not the exact colors, but similar :)

So here is today's outfit of the day, it is actually an inspired outfit. As I watched Despierta America (morning show on Univision) yesterday morning, I saw the women wearing some very cute outfits! I decided on this outfit because I owned all the pieces, and I am in love with my faux leather pants and booties! Here is a video showing the host whom I was inspired by. Let me know what you think! Today was a casual day for me, nothing too exciting (errands). I decided to dress as if I were in NYFW! I really really wish I was there, so I decided to come up with an outfit I think I would wear. Even though I know if I was actually going, I'd be super nervous about my outfits! What would you wear if you were going to any shows?

Pippa Middleton Inspired Outfit

I just LOVE Pippa's style, and I have been wanting to recreate one of her looks for a long time. I think she is so classy and well put together all the time. So for this outfit I wore a plaid shirt (even though it's diff colors), red jeans (hers are bright as well), booties (which I am obsessed over), and a classic black blazer!
